Meet The Team

Diane Meade – Director

Hi, my name is Diane (often known as Di-Di) and I’m the owner of VIP Nursery and Pre-School. I was formerly a childminder for 15 years and still an active member of the Church Langley Registered Childminders. I am happily married with two beautiful grown up children and a household of pets. I have my level 5 in childcare and thoroughly enjoy seeing and working with our amazing children everyday.

Shaleen Hughes – Manager

Hi, I’m Shaleen, I have a Masters in Early Education and have worked in the sector for 10 years, working with children aged from birth to 19 years. I am originally from Wales but I have been living in Harlow since 2016.

I have always been inspired by teachers and how they make such a difference in children and young people’s lives. It’s this that fed into my determination to work with children and help them in their most vital years. I love helping children recognise their potential, develop and achieve things they didn’t believe they could do. It really is the most rewarding job and I love every second.

Darci Berry – Deputy Manager
