Hi I’m Diane, and I’m lucky enough and so very proud to be the owner of VIP preschool and nursery.
I opened the business after being a childminder for 15 years, as this was a natural progression to ensure that every child that we care for, has the opportunity to start their early years, with the most caring, loving, highly educated bunch of beautiful ladies (teachers) that I have ever come across.
A happy child, that has had a wonderful day playing, laughing, learning and feeling part of our big ‘VIP family’ is what I wish for. So thank you to everyone who has trusted us with your most prized possessions xxx

Well where do I start … I have been apart of VIP since the very beginning when we opened our doors on 16th April 2018. Diane and I had only known each other since September 2017, but we both believed in each other and knew what we are capable of. Diane has been so supportive in my personal and work life and she has pushed me to develop my knowledge in the childcare sector, which wasn’t my initial job expectation as she knew how far I would go.
From completing my Level 3 Childcare Award, to my Level 5 Leadership and Management, to going to university to achieve my BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies to finally after 6 years to be able to call myself a Qualified Early Years Teacher. I could not have achieved any of it without VIP. There has been positives and challenges over the years but they have encouraged me to make VIP a place that both Diane and myself are proud of.
I am so proud and greatful to be apart of an amazing work family.

I started VIP in 2019, and watching VIP flourish into what it is today has been so amazing to see. It has always remained such a joyful work space!
Watching all the children grow into their own person and seeing them accomplish milestones will forever feel so rewarding. My intentions of working at VIP are to make sure that the children always thrive to do their best, to gain confidence and make sure they feel comfortable enough to consider us a second home.
I would consider all the ladies at VIP family and thank them all for all the support they have given me over the years i have been at VIP.

I have worked at VIP for 4 years now alongside my own childminding business.
I enjoy coming to work to see my lovely colleagues who are very welcoming and like one big family. I love seeing children happy and thriving and it is my aim to ensure they feel valued , safe and secure in our setting.
Diane and Darci have always made me feel welcome and a valued member of the team ,always checking in on how I am and if I have any ideas to bring to the setting, valuing my opinion.
We work well as a team to provide the best experience we can for the children in our care.
A large number of us are mums and I think that nurturing caring motherly influence is well reflected in our work ethic.

I started working here at VIP in 2022, when I first started working here all the children made me feel like Royalty! And all the staff made me feel like I was at home working with family!
Here at VIP we’re not just a normal nursery we are a big family. I have met so many wonderful children who have taught me so much! And I have seen them go off to big school. I enjoy coming to work and enjoying every little moment!
All the staff are wonderful, especially Diane and Darci, they know how to make everyone laugh. So thank you for letting me in to the VIP family and making all these amazing memories with all the children.

I have recently completed my Level 3 qualification with the support of VIP and I am looking at starting my Level 4 to develop my knowledge in the childcare sector. Even from my interview with Darci and Diane I felt instantly at ease and the atmosphere of the nursery felt warm and inviting. I was absolutely thrilled to bits when they offered me the job! From day one of starting work at VIP I have been made to feel very welcome. Everyone who works here is so friendly and supportive and I could tell instantly they all care for the children deeply. I work in pre school and I work with a great team. Alex is an amazing Senco and really knows her stuff! Roxy has amazing experience from working in a school previously and is amazing at getting the older children ready for their next adventure to big school.
I am learning lots from them. Darci the manager, Jess the Deputy Manager and Diane the owner of VIP are so easy to approach. I feel so at ease around them and feel I can come to them with any problem or question. I feel very lucky to work for such a great nursery and with such an amazing team!

I started working at VIP recently and have loved the experience so far. From the management to the staff and children, they are all fantastic. Having three children myself, I have always loved being around children and watching them grow. I am excited to work towards my Level 3 in childcare and continuing my journey working at VIP.
